A Mathematics Proficiency Test will be given on Tuesday, September 1, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm in 494 UH. The test will be based on the course material of Economics 617. If you pass this test, you have satisfied the department's mathematics proficiency requirement, and need not take the Economics 617 course. If you fail this test, or if you do not take this test, you can complete the department's mathematics proficiency requirement by taking the Economics 617 course for credit, and getting a course grade of B- or better.
