Bio
Jolene Zigarovich comes to Cornell University from Scripps College where she was a visiting lecturer. She is author of Embodied Narratives: Suspended Deaths and Epitaphic Representations in the Victorian Novel (under consideration). She is also editor of the collection Sex and Death in Eighteenth-Century Literature, and has been published in Studies in the Novel, Dickens Studies Annual, and Eighteenth-Century Life. She is currently working on Victorian insolvency laws and the novel.
