Resources: FGSS Library

Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Library

FGSS maintains its own library of books, reports, videos and DVDs of interest to students and faculty working in gender studies, feminism and sexuality studies. Independent of the central Cornell libraries' collections, the FGSS library serves as a vital teaching resource and also offers students a collection to browse and explore in the FGSS offices. Some recent acquisitions include multiple copies of former Cornellian Jennifer Dworkin's film, Love and Diane ("a searingly honest and moving examination of poverty, welfare and drug rehabilitation in the United States today"), subscriptions to new queer periodicals such as Queer Ramblings, and a recent study of the Hollywood star Rita Hayworth.

Members of the Cornell community are welcome to visit the FGSS library during regular business hours.
