About the Chorale

The Chorale is a 100-voice mixed choir that is open by audition each semester to Cornell students, graduate students, faculty, staff, and Ithaca community members. The Chorale rehearses on Friday afternoons 4:30-6:30pm in Lincoln Hall B20 or Sage Chapel, and performs one concert each semester.

The Chorale sings a wide variety of repertoire, but focuses on traditional Western secular and sacred music, as well as large works for chorus and orchestra, chorus and winds, and chorus and organ.
