The practice facility in Lincoln Hall is open to the entire Cornell community. Practice rooms in the basement of Lincoln Hall include eight with grand pianos, five with upright pianos, ten without pianos, and two percussion practice rooms (accessible only with permission of percussion instructor Tim Feeney, tpf26@cornell.edu).
- A valid Cornell ID is required
- Fees are not prorated
- Fees are not refundable
- A key is needed for grand piano practice rooms
BENEFITS
- A practice room may be reserved for up to 12 hours per week for the semester.
- ID cards will be encoded for 24-hour building access after appropriate practice room fees have been paid.
PRACTICE ROOM FEES
Fee payments are required fall, spring, and summer. Fees may be bursared during the fall and spring semesters, but must be paid by cash or check in the summer.
- Grand piano * $100
- Upright piano $75
- No piano $35
- Drumset $40
- Percussion studio $40
* Note that Grand Piano Practice Rooms are always locked; a key is issued to the user after a $20 key deposit (cash only) and appropriate fee are paid. The key deposit will be refunded upon return of the key, but is entirely forfeited if the key is lost.
FALL 2007 INFORMATION

Sign-ups will be held in the music department office, 101 Lincoln, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. ONLY beginning on August 1, 2007 and continuing through December.

During fall and spring semesters
Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday Noon - 5 p.m.
Sunday 2 p.m. - 11 p.m.
During vacation, breaks, and summer session
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday Closed
