Announcement! The Sage School of Philosophy and the Philosophical Review are pleased to announce that the winning essay in our Young Philosophers Essay Competition is "Eligibility and Inscrutability," by J. Robert G. Williams, doctoral student at the University of St. Andrews and Lecturer at the University of Leeds. More than fifty submissions to the competition were received; the winner was chosen from among three finalists.

"Eligibility and Inscrutability" will be the topic of a mini-conference at Cornell (date to be determined), and will be published in the journal in 2006.
