Michela Baraldi
Lecturer
of Italian Language

Michela Baraldi has been a lecturer in Italian in the Department of Romance Studies since 2002. She has a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Bologna, with a specialization in marketing. Since her arrival, she has taught Elementary and Intermediate Italian, coordinated ITAL 2090/2190, and supervised graduate student TAs. In her teaching she is interested in utilizing all facets of Italian culture with language learning, especially film shorts from Italy. Finally she is the Faculty Fellow for "Le cene italiane," a weekly dinner that brings together native speakers with students of Italian at Okenshields in Willard Straight Hall.
