Michela
Baraldi comes to Cornell via Scortichino, Italy, a small town of
1500 people, close to Ferrara.
She studied Marketing and Economics at the Universita' di Bologna
with a thesis in small business models. Before coming to Ithaca,
she taught piano, worked for a marketing and merchandising company
in Bologna, and gave private Italian lessons to Erasmus students.
At Cornell, she teaches Italian language and participates in Cornell
Italia: she is also the Faculty Fellow for the Italian Language
House and a Faculty Dining Fellow for "la cena italiana a Cornell".
She enjoys organizing dinners and "movie evenings", cooking,
travel and spending time with Tim and Tobi.
