Nuha Khoury is associate professor in the Department of History of Art and Architecture at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her specialties include early Islamic architecture, medieval Islamic iconography, and pre-modern constructions of the field of history of art and architecture. She is the author of Constructed Ideologies and Ideal Constructions: A Socio-Architectural History of the Mosque of the Prophet in Madina. |
