Inherit the Wind by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee April 26-28, May 3-5 The Evolution vs. Creationism argument is at the center of this Tony Award-winning courtroom drama. Inspired by the 1925 Socpes "Monkey Trail" in which Tennessee schoolteacher John Scopes was arrested for teaching Darwin's theatre of evolution in violation of court law, this thrilling play still resonates today with powerful significance.
