TICKET EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are an exclusive benefit. 
Exchanges may be made within the run of each production
Exchanges can not be made from one production into another
Tickets must be exchanged 24 hours prior to the earlier performance date/time
The Box Office will make every attempt to complete your exchange with comparable seats to your original tickets.  Please note that some performances are General Admission.
An exchange form is included with your subscription and is also available as a pdf by clicking this link.

To Exchange:
Fax your exchange form, with a copy of your torn tickets (write VOID on the tickets) to 607-254-2733 attention Box Office (fax must be received by 3pm to be processed that day.)
Mail your exchange form and your VOIDED original tickets to: 430 College Ave, Ithaca NY 14850.
Email our Box Office at: ctaboxoffice-mailbox@cornell.edu with your exchange request, original ticket information.  A member of the box office staff will reply to your email within 24 business hours.
Call/Visit our Box Office at: 607-254-ARTS Monday – Friday 12:30p-5:30p.

TICKET DONATION
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to the Box Office by phone, fax, mail, or in person.  A receipt reflecting the amount of the tickets will be issued to you for your tax purposes.  Receipts can not be issued if the tickets are received after the performance begins.

ADVANCE WAIT LIST
Subscribers wishing to purchase additional tickets to a sold out show, or exchange into a sold out show, are offered the Advance Wait List option.  You will be contacted if tickets become available. 

If tickets do not become available by 5:30pm the day of the show (or 5:30pm on Friday prior to the weekend), you will be asked to report to the box office 30 minutes prior to the show to pick up a PROVISIONAL WAIT LIST TICKET.   We will attempt to seat each patron in seats that may become available last minute.  We have had excellent success with this process.
