Mexican corn chowder with corn, peppers,

potatoes, whole milk, onion, garlic, and carrots,

flavored with cumin, coriander, and cilantro.

Tuesday

Cauliflower Curry
Another delicious curry from Choklay! Featuring

cauliflower, peas, carrots, celery, potatoes,

chilis, onions, cilantro, and curry spices.

CHEDDAR PARSNIP
Delicious creamy parsnip soup made with onions,

potatoes, milk, dill, caraway, and cheddar --

Wednesday

Ratatouille
French vegetable stew of eggplant, zucchini, peppers,

tomatoes, onions, garlic, flavored with thyme, basil, and bay

leaf. Served with or without grated parmesan cheese.

CUBAN BLACK BEAN
Spicy black beans with peppers, carrots,

onions, and garlic, flavored with cumin,

coriander, and oranges.

Thursday

Crema Andaluza
Tomatoes, potatoes, and leeks, puréed with

tarragon, cayenne, and whole milk. It is sublime.

Armenian Lentil
Aromatic stew with lentils, eggplant, carrots,

tomatoes, celery, peppers, and onions, with allspice,

paprika, cinnamon, apple juice, mint, and parsley.

Friday

Groundnut Soup
A spicy soup from eastern Africa with celery, bell

peppers, rice, tomatoes, onions, peanut butter, honey,

lime juice, cayenne, cilantro and curry spices.


Creamy Potato Cabbage
Good by the hearth on a cold day. Potatoes, cabbage,

and onions with cream cheese and seasoned

with caraway, dill, and black pepper.
